Support
Jet Lag is made by one person. Email is the whole support channel, and it is read by a human.
Please include your device and OS version, and the app version from the You tab. Most reports are answered within a few days.
Common questions
Where has my plan gone?
Plans are generated from the trip, not stored separately — open the trip and the plan is rebuilt. If a trip itself has disappeared, it was removed from the device: everything is stored locally, so uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it permanently. There is no cloud backup to restore from, because nothing is ever uploaded.
My reminders are not firing.
Reminders are scheduled locally by the app, so they depend on the notification permission and on the OS not suspending the app. Check that notifications are allowed for Jet Lag in your device settings. On Android, battery optimisation can defer them; exempting Jet Lag fixes it.
I paid, but the app still asks me to buy.
Open the You tab and tap Restore Purchases. That re-reads what your App Store or Google Play account owns. The purchase is tied to that store account, so make sure you are signed in with the same one you bought it on.
If it still does not unlock, email the address above with the store you bought from and the date, and it will be sorted out.
What does the flight lookup send?
The flight number and the date, and only when you tap Look up. Nothing else goes with them. You can enter every flight by hand instead, and then the app makes no network requests at all. The privacy policy sets this out in full.
Is this medical advice?
No. Jet Lag gives general wellness guidance about sleep, light, melatonin and caffeine timing. It is not medical advice and is not a medical device. If you have a sleep disorder, are pregnant, or take medication, talk to a doctor.
Deleting your data
Uninstall the app, or use your device’s “clear app data” option on Android. That is all of it — there is no server-side copy.
